How to place an order

Placing an order on our website is easy. Simply add the items you have chosen to your basket, then go to the Basket page, check that the items listed are correct and click "Place order" or "Quick order".

Quick order

The "Quick order" option means you don't have to go through the full checkout yourself. You fill in a short form and one of our managers will call you back shortly. They will confirm all the details of your order, answer any questions about product quality and specification, and talk you through the payment and delivery options.

After the call you can either complete the order yourself, adding any further items you need, or simply confirm the order as it stands. You will then receive a confirmation by email or text message and can await delivery.

Standard checkout

If you are confident in your choice, you can complete the order yourself by working through the checkout form step by step.

Delivery address

Select your emirate and area from the list. If you cannot find your area, choose "Other location" and type the name of your area in the "City" field. Please give as much address detail as possible.

Delivery

Delivery options will be offered based on your location. Choose whichever suits you best. You can read more in the "Delivery" section.

Payment

Choose the payment method that works best for you. You can read more about all the options in the "Payment" section.

Your details

Enter your details: full name, delivery address and phone number. Use the "Order comments" field for anything that may help the driver — for example, the building name, tower number or how to find the entrance.

Confirming the order

Check that everything you have entered is correct: the items in your order, the delivery location and your personal details. Then click "Place order".

Our system remembers your details and order information, so next time it will offer to reuse the details from your previous order. If they no longer suit you, simply choose different options.
