SecretDoors veneered concealed doors (Veneered Flush-to-Wall Doors) are a perfect synergy of the natural beauty of fine timber and advanced engineering thinking from ET GROUP. Developed for exclusive villas, residences and penthouses in the UAE, these doors allow you to create refined textural accents or to integrate the leaf entirely into a single plane with wall panels.
Veneer types and premium materials
The SecretDoors collection uses two types of high-grade timber facing, each strictly selected for geometry and grain:
- Natural wood veneer: A unique cut of fine timber with an unrepeatable natural figure and deep texture. Every leaf has an individual character that underlines the exclusivity of the interior.
- ALPI engineered veneer (Reconstituted Fine Line Veneer): An innovative veneer finish from the legendary Italian brand ALPI. Thanks to a patented production technology, ALPI veneer guarantees 100% consistency of colour and grain. This eliminates variation in tone and figure even on large-scale B2B projects and in substantial residences fitted out with dozens of doors.
Finishing and tinting technologies
To protect the timber and reveal its natural beauty we use highly durable European lacquers in a range of sheen levels:
• Matt and super-matt finish (deep matte finish): Creates the effect of raw, velvety timber while protecting the surface from fading, moisture and fingerprints;
• Bespoke tinting: The base tone of the timber can be adjusted to match parquet flooring, furniture fronts or the project's own colour concept precisely.
Climatic adaptation and B2B specification
Every SecretDoors veneered leaf is built on a stabilised core protected against swelling and warping — fundamentally important where climate systems run continuously and humidity fluctuates, as it does across the UAE.
Leaves are supplied complete with a concealed anodised aluminium door frame, adjustable Anselmi hinges (Italy), an AGB magnetic latch and a British Q-Lon seal. Interior architects, designers and developers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi receive a full documentation package, including CAD/BIM models and junction details ready to be written into project specifications.
