Key engineering advantages
1. Certified security (Class RC3 – RC4)
At the heart of every door is a rigid frame of cold-formed steel profile (1.5 mm) with additional plating up to 4 mm in the vulnerable zones. The leaf is reinforced with vertical and horizontal stiffening ribs, a continuous outer steel sheet, manganese armour plates protecting the lock, and top and bottom locking deviators.
2. Flush-to-wall and concealed hinges
Bulky traditional architraves are done away with entirely. A concealed hinge system with three-plane (3D) adjustment allows the door to be installed perfectly flush with the surrounding wall panels (HPL, natural veneer, decorative plaster). The removable, demountable leaf edge makes it easy to change the outer decorative panels without dismantling the security structure itself.
3. High acoustic and thermal insulation
Engineered for the UAE climate and the high noise levels of a major city. The interior of the leaf and of the steel door frame is completely filled with basalt mineral wool. A double sealing contour delivers absolute airtightness and protection from dust and unwanted noise.
4. Italian locks and smart access
We use proven gear-driven locks (Mottura, Cisa, Securemme) and high-security cylinders (EVVA, ABLOY, Mul-T-Lock). For contemporary properties, the doors are easily fitted with XDigit / XTrack BLE biometric modules — access by fingerprint, code, RFID card or smartphone.
