Solid timber wall panels
Solid timber wall panels are notable for the way the routed recesses and the edges carry the same grain as the panel faces. This makes it possible to run closely spaced routing with minimal gaps between grooves.
In the production of wall panels, every design, material and process brings together technological innovation to create an exceptional contemporary product with the emphasis on reliability and ease of installation. To finish our wall panels we use water-based lacquers, natural oils and adhesives that are harmless to health and to the environment.
How can wall panels be joined?
Wall panels are joined to one another using special connecting splines, which sit into the grooves and draw the panels together. The pattern of the wall panelling reads as one continuous surface, with no visible gaps between the panels.
Panels can also be joined using a special profile known as a reveal strip. The reveal strip is usually 30 mm wide, leaving a 10 mm shadow gap between the panels, which adds depth to the panelling. This strip can be painted to match the wall panels, picked out as an accent in a contrasting colour, or veneered to echo the texture of the panels.
Wall panel materials
Our continuing efforts to select the right raw materials and suppliers, and to optimise the use of natural resources, are driven by our wish to preserve and improve the environment for future generations.
Wall panels create a complete interior scheme when combined with a SecretDoors or AluDoors concealed door. ET GROUP wall panels are the finest solution for contemporary interiors.
